I read in a newspaper today that new research shows that no one really
knows if vitamin/antioxidant supplements really do any good. It is
not sure that they work wothout the food they belong to. and no one
knows if antioxidants really do what they are supposed to, it may
well be other things in fruit and vegetables that do that work.
Also the syntethized vitamines are not exectly the same as the
natural ones.
