The mc chicken patty is also dairy free and pretty much the only thing my
daughter will eat from mcdonald's. the ingredients are as follows:

bleached wheat flour, modified food starch, salt, spices, partially
hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil with mono- and diglycerides, dried egg whites,
wheat gluten, paprika, dextrose, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium
bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, ammonium bicarbonate), garlic powder,
yeast, natural flavor with extractives of paprika. Breading set in vegetable oil.
Cooked in partially hydrogenated vegetable oils, (may contain partially

hydrogenated canola oil and/or cottonseed oil and/or sunflower oil and/or corn

I am very frustrated about the eating out options as well and have been
thinking for a very long time that it is time to open a restaurant that isnt some
weird vegan place, or kosher that caters to families whose children can not
have dairy but want to go to a restaurant and order whatever they want like
every other kid.
