Hello,

I wanted to make a cheese cake this week and when I looked at the
ingredients in rigotta cheese I found that all the brands listed vinegar.
Does anyone know of a GF rigotta cheese?  If not I can substitute cottage
cheese if anyone know of a gf cottage cheese.
