Hi,
I'm gradually getting better. I still have a problem doing any amount of
walking. I get disoriented within about 100 meters of walking and
breathing becomes difficult due to the disorientation. My eyes feel like
they are being pushed out of my head. Anyone had this before? I've only
been on the diet for about a month and just cut out a lot of sugar
because that was putting me on edge and giving me panic attacks which
now seems to have settled down. I've also been taking this pill called
no gas to reduce gas (real nice, dinner anyone? :)) That seems to help
relieve the disorientation a bit.
