Thank you so much to all of you who answered my question about what to give
my 3 year old daughter after the Sunday School teacher gave her pretzels.

3 people suggested papaya pills (one said to take within 30 minutes of
exposure)

1 person told me about  a homeopathic remedy called Veratrum ALB 30C.  You
put two pills under the tongue.

1 person said to take Pepto Bismol Tablets

1 person said Tylenol round the clock for a few days is the only relief
she has found.

1 person said tonic water or Alka Seltzer Gold
