Hi All,

My family is trying to plan a summer vacation and is considering going to
the Cayman Islands.  Since I am new to this diet (diagnosed in December), I
am afraid that I will starve to death in unknown territory.  Has anyone
ever gone to the Cayman Islands?  If so, can you give me some pointers.
