"I would recommend talking to your pharmacist. He or she should have a copy
of "The Physician's Desk Reference" (which is also found in most public
libraries) which should list your medications and ingredients/manufacturer.
You can purchase it through Professional Relations Dept, PO Box 999,
Willmette, IL 60091-9975 (although I imagine it would be very expensive!)

Two additional references mentioned in CSA/USA Drug Information Guide
include (1) "The American Hospital Formulary Service Drug Information
