Hi folks.  For some very healthy lemonade recipes--check this site.
Yum yum.  Lemons, even though they are considered an acid
fruit--promote alkalinity in the body--something all of us need (i.e.
more fruits and vegetables, which almost ALL promote alkalinity).
Enjoy!  And, bless your sweet hearts.  It's HOT!  here in
