Well, I guess that homemade pasta isn't that popular. I received two
replies.

One suggested using arrowroot or water chestnut flour in place of
cornstarch. So far I have been using potato starch as a substitute. It
works well and economical.

The other reply was a suggestion regarding the type of pasta machine that
I don't have.

I was hoping for some recipes, but maybe I'll do some experimenting some
time. I have had better success with Bette Hagman's recipes since using
some of the tips from www.glutenfreeda.com. My favorite is the bean
flour pasta which is very easy to work with. Pasta making is pretty easy
and so far I like the results much better than any of the dried pasta I
have tried. My main reason for making my own, though, was so that I
could economically serve gf pasta to the whole family. So far everyone
has liked it. :)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Linda
