I just recently found DeBoles Elbow Style Rice Pasta and Cheese at my local
Fred Meyer here in Anchorage, AK. It is labeled as Wheat Free and Gluten
Free and it's great! Even though I'm an adult, I had been missing mac and
cheese since I discovered I was gluten intolerant almost a year ago. I
tried the mac and chreese that Gluten Solutions sells, but was not
satisfied with it at all. (I have to figure out what to do with the other 3
boxes of it I still have - I was obviously a little too optimistic).

I just wanted to pass this info along to you all.
