These studies keep cropping up on this list, but it should always be said
that investigation has always revealed that the oats used were carefully
selected in order to make certain there was no contamination from wheat,
which is our main concern with oats. But commercially grown oats are never
(that I have found) guaranteed to be free from the massive wheat
contamination that oats are heir to. -vance
BTW, does anyone know for certain what the additive called "glucono
lactone" or "glucono della lactone" is? I know it's dairy free, but is it
also GF? It says it's a food starch used as an emulsifier.
