I am constantly researching dessert/cake recipes for coffee hour at our
church and regularly prepare gf cakes/muffins etc. I have found that
WWW.EPICURIOUS.COM is a wonderful resource, giving recipes from both
Gourmet and Bon Appetit [I much prefer Gourmet]...I have found that I
can just substitute a gf flour [I use straight cornstarch with no added
gums] for the all purpose flour and cake flour in those recipes. They
turn out great!!!
