Does anyone know the SCD diet?

Does anyone know the book "The vicious cycle" and its new suplement "The
celiac story"?

This is a restricted diet and I need know if anyone have experience whit the
SCD diet, because I think is more healthy than our GF diet, but is very
dificult.
