There are a lot of decent hard drives out on the market and I just found out
some are more suited for different applications . You can't go wrong with
Western Digital, or Maxtor.  However, if you're heavy into graphics, some
magazines that I have read refer to models made by Quantum. For everyday
use, I would suggest  Western Digital, Maxtor, Seagate, and Quantum brands
because they seem to be the mainstream brands with decent support.
