Sorry, but I need your help again.

I am having an issue in MS Word at the moment and was asked by the person
who is trying to help me to take a print screen snapshot, paste it (via
control V into a blank document and send it back to her.  Now, my question
is how do I do this?

I am using JFW 3.7u and when I press the key marked print screen/system on
my keyboard, JAWS reports this as left mouse button, or something similar.
I called Technical Support at Freedom Scientific and they don't know the
answer.  Does anyone have any thoughts, please?
