        The National Cancer Institute (NCI) is looking for feedback on a new
        section of the Cancer Information Services Web site. The section
contains
        important cancer information in several audio formats for the Web.
NCI's mission
        is to continually look for ways to reach out to the public, and make
        information accessible to everyone. At this time, NCI is interested
in receiving
        feedback from blind and visually-impaired people using assistive
        technology to access this information.

        To participate in this survey, please visit

directions
        below and then send the responses to the 10 questions at the bottom
of this
        email to [log in to unmask]  Your assistance is greatly
appreciated, and
        will help NCI to ensure that this important information is easy to

        Did you find the links easily? What did you expect to happen before
you
        clicked on the links  "Listen and Read", "Listen", and "Read"?

        2) The audio formats-
        Were you able to identify the different types of audio formats
available
        for you? Were you unable to find the audio format you wanted to use?

        3) The navigation-
        Did you find it difficult to navigate through the site?  Did you
reach a
        point where you were unable to navigate further into the site? If
so,
        where?

        4) The audio format and instructions
        Did the audio format table assist you in determining what audio
formats
        are available?

        5) Audio selections-
        What audio formats did you select first? In terms of quality of
sound,
        did you prefer one audio format to another? If so, why?

        6) Audio quality-
        Approximately how long did it take for the audio to begin playing?
Was
        there any difference in terms of time for the audio to begin playing
on
        your computer when you chose different audio formats?

        7) Did you find the reading speed of the audio was too fast, too
slow,
        or about right?

        8) Tools you are using-
        Are you using a screen reader? If so, what type? Are you using a
Braille
        display device? If so, what kind? Are you using a screen magnifier?
If
        so,what kind?


        9) Other Feedback -
        Please provide any other comments, both positive and negative, about
        your initial experience testing the NCI Audio section.

        10) Would you be interested in participating in future testing of
        different products and services offered by the National Cancer
