FURTHER INFORMATION
Venue: Conferences are held in our modern lecture theatre, which has
excellent facilities - making it an ideal venue for the events. The
lecture theatre is also available for hire.
Catering: Your catering needs for the duration of the conference will
be met with excellent food from our Mediterranean-inspired menu. Hot
and cold beverages and a buffet lunch will be served during the course
of the day. Special dietary needs can be
accommodated. Lectures will not be catered.
Promotion: Opportunities are available for your department to reach our
specialist delegate base with promotional material, such as conference
pack inserts and promotional displays.
Mailing List: If you would like to change, delete or add a name to our
mailing list for future events, contact Emma Ford in the Conference
Unit.
Terms & Conditions: Refunds will only be given if you cancel your place
two weeks or more prior to the conference, less a 15 administration
fee. No refunds will be made after this time, however substitutes can
be accepted. A receipt for payment will be sent on request.
Concessions: Concessions where available are for full time students and
the unwaged.
