If you don't want to buy PM7 then you can try to use fdisk from Linux
(is the best I know), or FreeBSD (a very delicate prog). I used them for
20GB hdd. It seems that your mobo can't see the 40GB hdd? If you install
win2k then you can use fdisk from install CD (I don't think that it is a
DOS utility).
