Is your second monitor installed as "default monitor" or does it show up in device manager with its name? If it is installed by Windows as a default monitor it will not allow you all those choices. You would need to go into display/settings/advanced/monitor, and change the driver. It may show up as "unknown" monitor until you install the mfgr. "inf" and "icm" files.
