According to Microsoft, this is a bug that does occur on Windows 95 OSR2
with an AMD K6-2 CPU. Microsoft does have a bug fix for this at Microsoft's
web site. According to AMD or Microsoft, this particularly
occurs with AMD K6-2 CPUs at 350 mhz or higher. (max. for AMD K6-2: 550 mhz)
According to Microsoft, this is due to a timing loop problem with
Windows 95 OSR2's opcode.
