my name is floyd carlyle email is [log in to unmask]  there is one other way you
might be able to fix the problem without reloading windows try booting into
safe mode
 and in start/pro/ass/sys.tool/sys.inf display box at the top choose tools,
on the
dropdwn box is sys file checker, check to see if it will replace the bad
file. also you
can run scandisk and it will ask for win cd so you can replace bad file.
