Here is what you can do with a stable system running a PIII:
Abit SE6 mobo - $120 (Includes 3d graphics and Audio - no cards to buy)
256mb Memory - $130 Mushkin CAS2, 140mhz high performance memory
Maxtor 30g hdd - $120 ATA 100, 7200rpm
Lite-on12x10x32 $115 Excellant cdrw
Case,p/s $ 65 300w power supply (250w would be min.recommended)
P3,733,133 $120 Can get a Celeron 700 for $75.
Monitor (17") $200
speak./ms/kbd $ 80.

Total system: $950 You can see where you can cut such as memory by using
128 instead of 256 and save $60. These will bet you in the ballpark with a
stable and fast system and 1-3 yr warrantee.
The advantage of the 815e chipset for business is minimum time install and
trouble shooting.
