SYSTEM BOARD EXTENSION ACPI BIOS ERROR

I have a AMDK6 Processor 533MHZ --  196 MB PC100SD Ram
20 GIG HDRIVE

The Problem I am having is I just installed 128 MB PC100SDRAM
and on the Device MGR.  There is a Yellow Exclamation Mark
at   SYSTEM BOARD EXTENSION ACPI BIOS

This error appeared after the memory was installed
What can I do to get rid of this error?
