 I would delete all your network adapters, protocols and clients, from
control panel/network,
after noting the current settings, so you can reinstall the same. Make sure
your computer
names are unique for each machine on the network and the workgroup name is
the same for all computers on the network
  You might also boot in safe mode and check for "ghost"/conflicting network
adapters in device manager.
Then reboot and start from scratch. Your windows networking files apparently
didn't install
correctly or not completely. I recognize most of these files you mentioned
as windows networking files.
   For whatever reason this happens occasionally with computers being setup
with windows networking.
