When running games using OpenGL, after about 5 to 10 minutes the graphics
start to distort. For example, evenly spaced vertical lines or dots might
appear all over the screen. Eventually, after several minutes in this state
the PC freezes.

It is unlikely that it a video card driver issue, since I have tried just
about all the drivers available for my card. Still a possibility.

I recently upgraded from a Celeron 466 to a Celeron 700 (FSB 66MHz), but it
had no effect on my problem.

The graphics card is a TNT2 128-bit (Powercolor) and the motherboard is
from Asus.

AGP is set to 1X as 2X always crashes the system.

I would appreciate any advice.

Thank you
Charles Barnard
