Judging by your Mhz, i'd guess you're just upping the FSB. DON'T DO
THAT!!!! Higher FSB speeds have cooked two of my hardrives and fried a
chipset. If you are going to over clock, do it with the multiplier, and set
the FSB no higher than about +7/8. Fujitsu hard drives are terribly
particular about FSB speed, and remeber that adjusting your FSB will also
result in higher PCI Bus speeds, so *all* of your hardware must be top
notch. If your chip is locked, get yourself a conductive ink pen and join
all the opposing Level1 Cache pins that you can see on top of it. Go to
www.sharkyextreme.com and click on overclocking AMD to see pics and a full
how-to. Also, make sure you have a fan on each side of your case and a good
heatsink fan combo, the GoldenOrb's are incredible. Airflow is very
important.
Cheers.
