Pako...many thanks! All is well with the Z11. That email address you sent did the job. Talked to a tech, chris. Did unharness the printer cartridge. Question still remains, however, as to what caused the problem. He said the cartridge could not come loose on it's own and that it must have been loose from the first when I put it in. Makes no sense as it was an extended cartridge and I am at the tail end of it. Anyway, thanks for the input! I do appreciate your quick response!
