i had been thinking that carbs would be more detrimental eaten at night,
when one is more sedentary, and soon to go to bed. i thought an insulin
release at that time would result in storage? have you lost weight? i had
been trying to increase carbs in the am, when i could "burn them off." (but,
obviously, if everything were working smoothly, i wouldn't be writing these
"help" letters!) so, have you tried different times of day?
