Just for Paleo bodybuilders:
In normal bodybuilding world protein+high carb meal is advised after workout
to stop catabolic state through insulin release.
What about Paleo ( low-carb) post-workout meal. Anybody experimented here
with high-protein or high-fat meals vs. high carb meals after work-out to
see the difference?
It also makes me feel what amount of muscle is still Paleo (means natural) .
Any sources how much lets say 6f Paleo man weighted and what fat % he had?
