I bought my bison and suet from: http://www.northstarbison.com/. Details of
my first try at making it were posted to the PaleoRecipe list, and are in
its archives at: http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/paleorecipe.html.
The next time I make it I'll take my digital camera and photograph what it
all looks like.
