The full quotation is:
The big game use tradition was the longest lasting of any
human adaptation. Our ancestors were big game users from
1.6My ago clear up to the end of the last glacial, about
13ky ago. This adaptation spans an enormous range of
biological evolution, from Homo erectus, through the
first Homo sapiens, the neanderthals, and even fully
modern humans like ourselves. In fact, 90% of the time
span of fully modern humans was spent following a big
game use adaptation.

Anyway, that's a very interesting site, and the
big-game/small-game debate seems to rage on. Still, this author
presents a pretty persuasive argument. Thanks for posting this
useful link.
