If you are willing to travelthere is a good paleo friendly doctor in
Conneticut named Ron Schmid, N.D., author of TRADITIONAL FOODS ARE YOUR BEST
MEDICINE: EATING ACCORDING TO ANCESTRAL WISDOM. His phone # is 1-882-5538.
He recently put out an audio tape which mentions the benefits of a paleo
diet and that eating a diet of meats, vegetables, healthy fats, and small
amounts of fruits can often bring remarkably fast results in improving
health. I read his book (several editions) many years ago. You might want
to give him a call.... I don't know how far away he'd be from you.
Healthfully,
Rachel Matesz
