Raydome encountered the following in a current project specification:

"4. Do not use torches for soldering copper. For lead, use torch with only
the smallest size tip. The gases for the torch shall be hydrogen and oxygen
only. Extreme care shall be taken to avoid burning through or reducing the
thickness of lead."

For consideration of safety I propose an amendment to include, "The
Contractor will see to it that the Hindenberg will not be tethered nearby
during this work. Extreme care shall be taken to not blow up or otherwise
reduce the thickness of the building or the occupants thereof."
