Anita C. Madison, Vice President of Account Training and Consulting for ComPsych Corporation, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, is an inspiring and challenging trainer, facilitator and consultant who brings 25 years of "real world" business management and organizational leadership to her work. Her presentation for the ASCLA President's Program will offer practical suggestions for your personal action plan.
As Vice President of Account Training and Consulting for ComPsych Corporation, headquartered in Chicago, Anita's responsibilities include the design and presentation of workshops, analysis of client organizational issues, consulting in HR practices and issues and one-on-one HR, Executive and Manager coaching.
Prior to joining ComPsych, Anita was the principal owner of the Professional Development Network, a California-based private consulting firm specializing in assisting organizations with all functions related to human resources. Before that, she directed the training and organizational efforts of Pacific Life/Pacific Financial Companies and the California Society of CPAs and the educational offerings of Bank Administration Institute in Chicago. In addition, she has served as an adjunct faculty member in the business schools of two California universities.
Anita has served on the Board of Directors of the Council on CEUs and is a frequent speaker and consultant on alternative delivery methods for corporate education/training. She holds an MS in Organizational Behavior and a B.S. in Management/Marketing from Penn State University.
