HP 820Cse, v8.5
My 820 has been in service four years. During the last two
months, out of the blue, I am getting an error message, after
replacing the Black cartridge. I get a message of "Incorrect
Installation." Sometimes, removing the cartridge several times
and reinstalling gets rid of the message. However, two days
ago, I put in a new Black cartridge. Every time I got the
error message. I took out the cartridge and put it back in.
After a dozen attempts, I'm still getting the error message.
What am I missing? Is my printer getting ready to quit on me?
