I believe that mine have been on continuously since about 1996. Save for
power failures. Just too difficult to plug that big old power block into my
switcher. That and I'm too lazy to reach over and turn the knob off.

How do listees handle turning on and off power to speakers? Leave power
on? Turn it on and off each time turn computer on and off? Some setup to
get speakers power when computer is turned on?
