I guess since there are so many reference points probably with where and what is taking the temp reading, I should clarify my original question and ask who is running an ASUS A7V with ATHLON say 750 to 1000 (900 is mine) and if you're using the monitor utility that came with the MOBO, What is you temperature????
Last nite she was constantly at 57 degr. C.

AMD says around 50c is fine. In my experience, keep the CPU under 55c.
