<more nuts - these are high in fat and will satiate you quickly. Also seeds,
<like sunflower or pumpkin.

Should they be raw? What if they are salted and roasted- if you buy raw,
they are often rancid- so is better roasted? were can I find fresh nuts and
seeds? again, is salted ok?
