Part of the answer may be.......
Liquid milk suppresses HCL in the stomach so it does not digest well. More of
the bovine proteins will go into the intestines. That in combination with
grain consumption (leaky gut syndrome) could create all sorts of immune
system havoc.
Cheese get digested more fully in the stomach. Cheese is also predigested via
fermentation.
