decide when it (the meat) is done? . How do you decide
what is "OVERCOOK" ??? From your site ----------
CHECK BEFORE ROTATING AND DO NOT OVERCOOK.

I fry Beef steak just enough to kill the surface germs, it
is red inside and sometimes quite cold inside when I eat it.
