The calcium level seems incredibly low. Is it possible that men do not need
as much calcium as women? My biggest concern about paleo diet and women is
the lack of calcium. I eat sardines, salmon w/bones and brocolli and still
come no where near the recommended daily amount. I'm 37 and worried about
osteoporosis. I'm only 5'2.5" tall and really do not want to lose any height
down the road. Thoughts?
