Well humans are destroyed at 108 Degrees F.  body  Temp.
but they can spend a lot of time in a higher Temp  area and
not be very much damaged. --usually-- but that is  cooking
temperature  NOT  body Temp..  Is that why the Cookbook says
cook Pork to 165 Degrees or more?
