hi siobhan,
have you ever tried truly RAW nuts? These are usually not available in any
store even when they say they are raw--you must pick them yourself or get
them from someone who does. All the nuts you buy in stores and all nut
butters are heated, often very highly, as well as being rancid, and sound
pretty toxic too me.They also taste awful compared to really raw nuts.
