According to the Protein Power Lifeplan Gram Counter one 9" boiled
parsnip
has 25 grams of carbs which is about equal to a medium sized banana.
Maybe
you are having a hypoglycemic reaction to all those carbs. Where is
the
meat, fish or other protein in that meal?
