In addition to being gluten, egg & dairy intolerant, I am also largely
carbohydrate intolerant. My boring diet consists of meats, veggies, soy
protein, a few fruits & tiny amounts of rice. Are any of you gluten
intolerant folks also carbohydrate intolerance? If you are, do you have
any breakfast ideas? Although it's tasty, I'm tired of soy protein
