Thank you to all who helped with dining suggestions in Las Vegas.
We always ate on off times so we could ask a lot of questions.
I had the best luck at the Rio World Buffet. The manager was very
knowledgeable and sat with me and went over every food item that I could
have. She even had the chef broil me the steak of my choice.
The chef at Treasure Island buffet came out and went over a map of the
buffet telling me what was safe. He suggested that I just ask when I go
through to have a fish filet cooked for me because the fish on the
buffet was sitting in a white sauce.

The Aladdin buffet and the Cheesecake Factory at Caesar's (terrific
portabella mushroom) were also extremely helpful.

I would stay away from Binion's Horseshoe cafe. They said there was no
MSG in the steak but I reacted shortly after we ate.
