I am lactose intolerant. I had an icecream drink with lactose free milk
and some icecream.

This gave me a terrible time for nearly two weeks. I oozed oil at one
time.

I am wondering if this is the lactose intolerance or perhaps I am
allergic to milk.

What do other people have for breakfast if they do not have milk on a
cereal - perhaps this is an Australian breakfast - had weeties and milk
for years as a kid.

Thanks
Sandra
