Dear fellow list mates:
I am thinking that we can be more influential if we unite in
recognized numbers.
I wish to formulate an informal 'census' of those of us who, for
whatever reason are avoiding gluten and related compounds. Together we
can support manufacturers who provide good sources of GF foods and
ingredients, we can profoundly influence governing bodies to better our
health maintenance and ease of dietary compliance.
Please give me your thoughts as to the means of such a tally and the
value you perceive by so doing.
