Hi All--

I know this question has been asked and answered tons
of times, but I couldn't find a summary in the
archives - I think I found only one entry for
"antihistamine." So....

We've recently discovered that Allegra causes sinus
infections in me (even says it can cause upper
respiratory infections in its TV ads - duh) and that
Claritin and Zyrtec cause severe muscle pain.

I called the company who makes Tavist yesterday, but
the person with whom I spoke didn't seem to know much
about gluten, other than the starch in the plain
Tavist is from corn.

Can anyone tell me 1) is Tavist gf? or 2) of a gf
antihistamine? Obviously, I won't have the luxury of a
non-drowsy formula, but at this point, I'll settle for
most anything - preferably without a decongestant.

I'll summarize.

Thanks.

Ayn
