After eight months on the diet - I am going to get a bread machine!
But I have run across so many suggestions of what to look for in
a machine, and no specific recommendations of machines.
Has anybody been through this lately that could give me brand
names and models that work well with gluten-free flours?
I will summarize as I suspect other have the same question,
and I haven't seen this on the listserve during the past
several months.
